Notes

  1. GNC Go needs basic personal user data to work, other fields are optional.

  2. The location (region) of your GNC Go web-server is pre-approved by you as part of the sign-up process.

  3. Examples: your local Network Drive, or https web-server (SharePoint, Synology, GSuite etc).

  4. Can be accessed by logged-in GNC Go Users with the relevant permissions.

  5. GNC Go needs basic metadata to work, other fields are optional.

  6. Templates can only be uploaded to GNC Go by relevant GNC Go Admins. To use SMART Template Placeholders (MSWord .docx only) GNC Go needs full access to the content of your Word Template in order to auto-populate your placeholders in the document with your metadata.

  7. GNC Go needs File Locations to work, but the files themselves are independent of GNC Go.

  8. You store and control your files on your own network or web-servers of choice. You control access to your files fully independently of GNC Go.
